Talking about Jumuah day (read:Jumaat),what's the first thing that comes to your mind?Let's list this down:
- Jumaat = 'lemau' day .At least, many of my friends think so ;)
- It's a day where the muslim need to perform a Jumuah prayer during Zuhr
- It's the best time to shop or window shop since the recess hour is longer than other weekdays
- The 'napping' hour is longer...hihi..
- It's the end of the week!Weekends are coming,hurrayy!More movies,bowlings,and meetings with friends!
- Ahemmm,malam Jumaat elok baca surah Yasin.Hari Jumaat kan Penghulu segala hari? =)
- Or maybe we should recite Surah Al Kahfi and add more zikr?
- The Day of Resurrectopn i.e Qiamat falls on Jumaat
And the list goes on....
Many people perceive that Jumuah is a the end of the week.Rather than concluding our week with Jumuah,why not start our week with Jumuaah?
Anggaplah Jumaat ini sebagai hari untuk kita bermuhasabah.Hari untuk kita merenung kembali produktiviti kita sehari-hari.Juga hari untuk kita mengimbas kembali sejauh mana kita sudah berbakti kepada agama,bangsa dan negara..
Dan hari untuk kita memulakan segalanya kembali agar hari Jumuah ini lebih baik dari hari Jumuah yang sebelumnya ...
